CDC Group commits $10M to ShoreCap II microfinance fund

Microfinance Focus, Jan 26, 2010: CDC, a Development Finance Institution owned by the UK Government’s Department for International Development , has announced it will commit $10 million to ShoreCap II, it was announced yesterday. Skoll Foundation commits $14 million in new funding

Microfinance Focus, Sept. 1, 2009: The Skoll Foundation announced on Tuesday second round investments in 15 social entrepreneurs in its portfolio.
