Head of SME (AccessBanks) – LFS Financial Systems GmbH

Microfinance Focus Europe, 11 September 2013: LFS Financial Systems GmbH has an open position for Head of SME to work in one of the AccessBanks in an African country that LFS operates in. The Head of SME will be instrumental in developing the AccessBank SME business by: identifying and developing budgets, SME products, market strategies and areas of expansion; establishing SME policies, procedures and forms; assisting in creating and developing training material and manpower planning in the SME department. He or she will also manage the SME department by: managing and monitoring the complete loan cycle, ensuring correct implementation and adherence to credit policies and procedures, confirming that budgets and targets are fulfilled and recruiting, training, coaching and supervising staff members.

The ideal candidate should have SME experience, ideally in developing countries, as well as an academic degree in business administration, economics, statistics, accounting or finance. The full job description can be found on the LFS website.
